UMCH is a branch of the University of Medicine, Pharmacy, Sciences, and Technology of Targu Mures, Romania (UMFST) based in Hamburg.

The UMFST and the study program offered on the UMCH campus are accredited by the Romanian Agency for Quality Assurance in Higher Education (ARACIS).

The degree offers the possibility to practice medicine and leads to the Romanian medical license that is fully recognized throughout the EU.
